What a beautiful family!

I had the pleasure of photographing a collection for a precious family with a brand new angel addition (who I have not posted here, but you can find a pic of her on my fan page here ~ http://tinyurl.com/nk9vbl ) I loved shooting this session so much that I just had to get the photos up as soon as I could! I'm so blessed to be able to work with such amazing people and witness the love they have for each other and their kids. The cute little guy was so full of energy and was definitely not shy for the camera. He was showing off his climbing skills and offered the cutest poses!

what a pleasure it was to work with amy and kelsey! we took a nice little walk on a hot day and took our expressive relationship session in the tall grass down by the river valley. they were both really easy to work with and i was humbled to witness their love. i'm excited to post more pictures, and get some prints made. with this collection, they get a little gift from me!

website finished and new ideas flowing

my website is pretty much finished! up and running now at http://www.raimondiphotography.com. the online store isn't complete but galleries are up and i'm so happy with how it all came together! i have been working hard on a cd cover (secret for now - will post when the cd is released!) but i am also having fun illustrating - the picture above is the start of a line of greeting cards that i'll be selling soon in my store. sets for christmas and birthdays and general will be available :) i am very blessed to be working with some people on expressive relationship pictures...blog pics will be up sometime in july, it's a busy summer month! peace and light and happy summer

just waiting on domain transfers... yay!

just thought i would post some new pics of me that my sweet husband took of me for my website. it's fun as a photographer to get pictures taken of yourself once in a while :) my website should be up soon, i am just working on transferring the domain name and such. plus i am working on getting my gift/print shop online and moving for all of you who would like to buy prints, canvass prints and cool floating wall mounts of some of my work! hopefully i will even have greeting cards coming soon too! oh and i almost forgot for all you lightroom and photoshop lovers out there, i will be creating some great color presets and textures for you to play around with.

nature's beauty and my new website

so my new website is being created now and should be up soon ~ i was coming home from work yesterday and noticed the dandelions on our front lawn. how pretty a weed can be. i immediately got my camera out and started checking out what was going on in miniature land. i discovered that the ants were hanging out and pollinating the flowers. it amazes me how intricate a weed can be and how small the pollen is on the ants body. i love macro photos ~ and macro nature photos are even better!
